Our goal is to have open lines of communication and maintain Northpointe II in a quality manner. All HOA Board meetings are open to property owners and residents, and all agendas posted in advance.

March 2025 Happenings

March 22 Northpointe II Spring Event was held. About 60 residents joined us for this fun event with hot dogs and plenty of food, a bounce house, cotton candy machine, lots of kid activities, and an afternoon of raffles. Great way to meet the neighbors!

At the Oct. 1 HOA Board meeting, of the 3-person HOA Board, the HOA Board President and Vice-President resigned. At this same meeting, the community manager announced her resignation. Per the Northpointe HOA by-laws, Article IV, Section 3, “In the event of death, resignation or removal of a director, his successor shall be selected by the remaining members of the Board . . . “. On Oct. 7, the remaining HOA Board member appointed two property owners to fill these vacant positions.
