Northpointe II property owners are members of Northpointe II HOA and also members of Northpointe Commons (master association), and pay dues monthly to each of these associations, which are managed by separate community management organizations and separate HOA Boards, whose members are elected at an annual meeting. ​Northpointe Commons (master association) HOA Board manages the pool area, playground, racquet and volleyball courts, and associated parking area. HOA Board meetings for both associations are open to all members.

As of Jan. 1, 2025, dues for Northpointe II HOA are to be paid to GUD Community Management. GUD Community Management mailed important payment info to property owners in late December. Thank you for your patience as we make this transition to new community management.
