Northpointe II community is located near the southwest corner of Higley Road and Brown Road at 5136 E Evergreen Street in Mesa, Arizona, and was built by Cardon Homes in 1984. There are 152 units - half of them two-bedroom two bath units (849 square feet), the other half three-bedroom two bath units (1,110 square feet). The units are townhouses maintained by each individual owner from the outside walls in, under the guideline of the Declarations, CC&Rs and Rules and Regulations of the HOA.

Northpointe II belongs to a Common Association (Northpointe Commons) which maintains a diving, lap, play and baby pool, two spas, a playground, 4 racquetball courts and two volleyball courts. There are 507 units in the Northpointe Commons, consisting of townhomes, patio homes, and single-family homes.
Northpointe II is in the Mesa Unified School District and our neighborhood students attend Sandra Day O'Connor Elementary School, Shepherd Junior High, and Red Mountain High School. ​
