Northpointe II HOA
Northpointe II community is located near the southwest corner of Higley Road and Brown Road in Mesa, Arizona, and was built by Cardon Homes in 1984. There are 152 units - half of them two-bedroom two bath units (849 square feet), the other half three-bedroom two bath units (1,110 square feet). The units are townhouses maintained by each individual owner from the outside walls in, under the guideline of the Declarations, CC&Rs and Rules and Regulations of the HOA.
Northpointe II belongs to a Common Association (Northpointe Commons) which maintains a diving, lap, play and baby pool, two spas, a playground, 4 racquetball courts and two volleyball courts. There are 507 units in the Northpointe Commons, consisting of townhomes, patio homes, and single-family homes.
Northpointe II is in the Mesa Unified School District and our neighborhood students attend Sandra Day O'Connor Elementary School, Shepard Junior High, and Red Mountain High School.
